The character you talk to is drawn by software we did not write. This page covers the Live2D character renderer: each piece of it, who owns it, and the licence it is used under, so the notices travel with the product the way those licences ask.

Live2D Cubism Core

Copyright (C) Live2D Inc. All rights reserved. Cubism Core is Live2D's runtime for .moc3 model files, the part of the Live2D Cubism SDK its licence calls Redistributable Code. Kyndred ships it unmodified, on web, desktop and mobile, under the Live2D Proprietary Software License Agreement.

Live2D Cubism Web Framework

The Framework is the open layer of the Live2D Cubism SDK for Web: model loading, parameters, physics, expressions. Kyndred uses it through pixi-live2d-display-lipsyncpatch, a modified port, and keeps Live2D's notice with that code. The same notice is printed to the browser console when a character loads:

pixi-live2d-display

MIT License. Copyright (c) 2020 Guan. The PixiJS plugin that puts a Live2D model on a WebGL canvas, pixi-live2d-display by guansss. Kyndred ships the lip-sync fork, pixi-live2d-display-lipsyncpatch by RaSan147. The MIT licence covers the plugin's own code; the Live2D Cubism Web Framework code inside it remains Live2D's and stays under the Live2D Open Software License above. The MIT text is below.

PixiJS

MIT License. Copyright (c) 2013-2023 Mathew Groves, Chad Engler. PixiJS is the WebGL renderer the character is drawn with. Its filter packages ship with it, each under the MIT License with its own copyright notice:
